Colliers International relied heavily on their corporate property database (SPEX) as an important source of information for their brokers. Since they already had close to 400 BlackBerry® handhelds deployed across the organization, Colliers was looking to leverage their existing investment to deploy a new wireless application.
SPEX for BlackBerry® was created in response to Collier’s needs. Developed as an extension to their existing mobile investment, the solution offered a significant enhancement in productivity as brokers were able to access critical business information while on the go. Further, the tool enabled Collier to offer quicker response to customers, which in turn enhanced customer service.
