Many of us take for granted the fact that we have cupboards and refrigerators stocked with food every day. That we can go the supermarket and have a choice of the meals we choose to purchase or prepare. It may be hard for us to believe that an organization like the Daily Bread Food Bank last year provided food for 716,000 visits to member agency food banks and prepares more than 3,000 nutritious meals in its kitchen that are sent out every week to shelters, hostels and neighbourhood meal programs.
Your generosity makes a difference! For every $1 you donate, Daily Bread Food Bank will provide one complete and nutritious meal to a neighbour who is hungry.
We always aim high at Point Alliance and we hoping to raise $10,000 by December 31, 2017.
